E50 - Erase All Data + Factory Reset

I am trying to find a way to reset all data (Contacts, Messages, Calendar etc.) plus also reset to factory defaults.

I have worked out how to reset to factory defaults but cant find a nice way to delete all the data.

Thoughts?
