Disturbed sound in nokia 5233

Sometimes in my phone the sound turns disturbed when I play music , video or anything even the touch screen tone .

But it turns back as it was after reporting the phone or after leaving it for a while , I've tried hard reset and restore factory setting but it didn't work ; can anyone help me with this ?
