I've got the Nokia 5800 Xpress.  I just had the software reinstalled and restored my messages from previous.  When I restored it, I now have two email folders for each account.  The problem is only one folder is active.  The second folder I can't delete, and can't access through the normal "email" setting becuase I use the "Email on 3" program.  These email folders are added to messaging through Email on 3, and NOT through the nokia messaging email app.  Email on 3 only shows one account for each email, but the old folders have appeared in the messaging app.  Does anyone know how to get rid of these folders?  Can I undo the restore of messages from the backup?  Can I wipe my phone clean and reinstall the software?  I really don't want to take it back to the store again!!!  Thanks!!!
