-Critical power problem with my n86-

Well...this is the 2nd post i write about n86 malfunctoning. This time i was setting my audio themes, slide close/ open etc. And what happened? The menu just closed by itself, moreover i couldn't open ANY menu (clock, contacts) because they crashes immediately. This is the 3rd or 4th time that this happens, but i've been always able to restore everything rebooting. Here is the problem! I shutted down the phone an then turned it on, but it keeps to show the start nokia image (blue words on white background), then a black screen appears and so on, ENDLESS!

I left the phone in charge for 10 hours but nothing changed. I removed the sim, the battery, waited 20 minutes and of course nothing changed. The auto-rebooting can be only stopped removing the battery, so doing it many times could damage my n86. Also, i read the nokia troubleshooting page, where i found the problem, did everything and with my pleasure....NOTHING changed again and again!

What's wrong with this phone? All the troubles i had started since i updated to 20.115, but please, don't say ''next time read more about updating'' and just help me! It's very annoyng to have yout phone off for 2 days.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Re: -Critical power problem with my n86-

did you use Nokia software updater?

If so then on what OS.

NSU screws up big time on Windows 7

you can try-

Removing memory card(if u have inserted one)

Try the 3 button hard reset link

Send it to nokia care coz more fidgeting could damage it further

N86 v20.115
N81 v22.0.002
N73 v4.0850
