Contacts bar on the 5530

Contacts bar on the 5530

New user here that is fighting with his 5530 :-) One thing I cant seem to do is rearrange the contacts in the contacts bar at the top. It just seems to put then in the order that you added. I want to rearrange them alphabetically or by my idea of frequency of use. I have looked in the manual and naada. Any help appreciated
