I will start by saying that i will post everyday, and I will also call you everyday till you can solve my problem. The point is that it is the second time when i'm having problem with your service dealer. First, one year ago, i bought a Nokia 6600 slide which broke down after one moth - software problem. I gave the phone to Cirma, and after one month of calling and calling back and calling again i managed to take back my phone but with a wrong software on it. Now i bought a Nokia N97. It was bought 2 weeks ago but i open it and used it only one day and a half. After that the speakers and the microphone broke.Cirma didn't want to replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A 500 euro phone used for one day and a half and CIRMA DIDN'T WANT TO CHANGE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More, they are keeping my phone for two weeks already and still i have no answer from them. I will write to you till u do something cause what they are doing in Romania, the services that they are offering, it is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!!!! If you will check any forum regarding Cirma you will find at least 50 complaints a day. THEY ARE JUST MOCKING US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I insist for you to be more careful when u choose your dealers because it is destroying your company's image day by day. I expect you to contact me - 0040-0743-551-545. If you will do nothing i will write everyday a complaint not only to you but also to Consumers Rights. EVERYDAY!!!!! I really don't mind who;s fault it is as long as i don't find it normal for a 500 euro phone to break after 36 hours and also not to have the right to receive another phone in return and also to wait for 2 weeks without any answer.
I'm sure you will be prompt

Hi
This is a user to user forum and we are all Nokia users just like you. You will not get a reply from Nokia here.
It certainly does look like you are being messed around by the dealer. If you wish to contact Nokia about this, you should use the "Contact us" tab to the top right of this screen. I suggest you send Nokia an email as well as trying to contact them by phone if you don't get a reply.
