All you do is turn the warning tones off.

my version is 3.0546.2.3 and i try to make the warning sond off ..
but the camera sound still here ((

Hey, I tried it but my N73 is still making the horrible camera clicking sound...please tell me a way to turn it off because we love taking photos during university lectures hehe

This will not work in all regions, as in many countries local laws say the tone must remain audible.

South Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Austrailia, India and Thailand are such countries.

On some phones, turning of keypad tones will stop the camera sound.

If that doesn't work, you'd have to locate and replace the camera sound files. If you don't know how to do that, you probably shouldn't be trying.

just upgrade your software version to V4.0727.2.2.1
and turn the warning tones off.
no more camera sounds and no sound at starting the phone.

Waring tone on wound take back your camea sound while you are taking photos.

The starting tone can be turned off too. Check you settings

Whether switching of the warning tones kills the camera shutter sound or not depends on the phone model. Newer phones will always play the shutter sound, even with warning tones switched off.

The way to shoot pics without shutter sound: install a copy of cCam from http://pachome1.pacific.net.sg/%7Ewelic/cCam.html .
