Battery life reduced.

After one and a half year my phone's battery backup reduced from 10hrs to 6 and half hrs. I Used to charge battery when there was "battery low" indication and would immediately switch off after battery full. I took utmost care while charging of battery as it was my second battery.
So can anyone tell me what would be the reason for the battery life to get reduced?

Is the phone 1-1/2 year old.. or this SECOND battery ? Anyways the 10Hrs. battery life seems to be too short..(..providing the Device details would have been much better)...unless you are a HEAVY user. If its the battery that is 1-1/2 year old, then that may need replacement.

Yeah farby, the battery is 1-1/2 years old sorry not to mention it previously and phone is N82 3 years old!
And yeah i'm heavy user with 3g or 2g network.
But as you said maybe battery needs to be replaced!
