To be honest I`m not sure what vesion it is.

But The care point said they had done "quite a few".

From what I can gather it was a hard reset and install differnt version of the software.

Was told that it was no use trying to update through nokia sofware updater.

Like formatting a hard drive on a pc and reinstalling windows - was the way it explained to me.

Who cares as long as it works.

Was ready to sell the phone on ebay and buy something else. (11 month left on contract).

But now its a completely different phone.

I got poor battery life on Fw: 30.009!
N8 FW: 022.014 -- Please separate Artist & Albums!
N86 8MP FW: 30.009 -- We need a new FW on this phone!
