All the Nokia's Horses and Nokia's men can't put a Nokia Handset back together again!!!

[ Edited ]

I hate to bring this issue up again.  Last I wrote about it, 6 weeks ago, I finally received an e-mail from Nokia Customer Care Sweden, on the 22nd June: "The delayed spare parts have now arrived, so Mobilbyrån can repair the phone"

I had been waiting since March 6th, when I left the phone in for repair.

Nokia Sweden say is one thing, Nokia Sweden do is a different thing.  I waited for a month and a half for them to install the 'delayed spare parts.'  It didn't happen.

I rarely find myself in a situation where I simply do not know what to do.  But when one is dealing with such utter incompetense and nonchalance as with NCC Sweden...  It is like trying to discuss reason with someone who is delusional.  There is no way to win.

I now surrender to the fact that as far as my N81 is concerned, I am left at the mercy of Nokia Customer care Sweden, and for the sake of my sanity I should not expect ever to see my handset again. Instead, I will use my blog at http://sweden101.wordpress.com as a memorial where I count the days since I last  saw my N81.

Good luck!  Sounds like you need it!

At least you have retained a sense of humour, and that's good.
