I Brought 5800 XM in last July and every since It has given me lot of Problems.

1. First the one speaker went off ,I got repaired from Authorized dealer 

2. After every 15 -30 days all the music file or the Video file are deleted.

Please any other there help me with this. It did cost me my saving and I wrote many emails to Nokia but no reply !

I have tried Ovi Anti Virus but it never found anything ( no Virus). Since the time I got it This has happened more that 10 times. I have 1100 is far more better than 5800 XM and my relative is using China Copy of this Set far more Stable and almost 1/4 the price  

Please again any one out there! Need HELP 

I don't want to take it back  Authorized dealer ( Mobile Zone)  Trust me they know nothing .
