A Nokia tablet, anyone?

Hi

In this world of tablets we live in now, why doesn't Nokia make their own tablet?
I see that WeTab comes with MeeGo, which is fascinating and perhaps it's Nokia's careful step in a new area, but why not make one entirely by Nokia.
Many things have been said about the N8 - and rightfully so -, but the design of the device is excellent - in my opinion anyway. Imagine a Nokia pad designed like that.
Now THAT would be a worthy tablet to challenge the iPad, which is pretty much the most ridiculously hyped object since the creation of the wheel.

But perhaps Nokia is already planning something? Is silence gold?

I'm pretty sure we will see a tablet device from Nokia, with MeeGo.
