I had to do a hard reset on my phone and now it wont access the internet or recieve MMS. ive called AT&T and nokia. It says there is no data counter connection. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Ive checked all my settings and in the data counter connection there is no access point. What is it supposed to be?

If you have taken a back-up of your phone (infact the most important thing to do) before the reset just restore it...What was the reason of the reset? Some people say that restoring 'Settings' is not advisable as the problems may re-occur but give a try.. Other way out is you can contact the service provider for the settings.. Normally the settings are received thru' an SMS and one has to just 'Save' them and its done..

Try the second option FIRST...

Ask for AT&T to send you the MMS and internet access settings. Most networks are able to send you this via SMS.
