? It's the ovi store you need, not ovi sync!
Go to store.ovi.com with the phones browser. It should offer you the store client which is download's replacement. You can also find a link to get the ovi store in download!.

It's in the applications section under widgets.

It is because of the virgin branding unfortunately.
Some networks have always limited the content to it's users and there is no way to change it, without voiding the warranty.
At least you can now get it from that link I posted, so problem solved. ![]()

Yeah... dammit.
See.. I hada branded Virgin N73... when Nokia released a flash for it, it became generic, the Network Operator changed to T-Mobile on the front screen (Virgin run on T-Mobile, so i guess they hack the phone somewhat to display Virgin not T-Mobile) and oddly, the phone then became sim free so all networks sim's work (im 99% sure it was locked before that!)
Is that normal?? Running nokia updater overwrites the branded F/W?

That is not normal and should not have happened, especially the unlocking.
Did you buy the phone direct from virgin or elsewhere?
15-Jun-2009 12:09 PM
Well, it was part of a contract. Have had 2x N73's in the past and the removal of the "Virgin" from the Operator on the front screen happened to both of them haha!
Doesnt bother me in the slightest...
