Dearest Nokia Customer Support,

when will you guys release a new firmware update for us in Kolkata??

I have been stuck with v40.0.05 for over 6 months now and it is pretty irritating to not be able to use kinetic scrolling in all the menus!

please look into this and release v50 or v51 for us here.

As far as i know even v51 is available in kolkata.may be your product code doesn't support it.dial *#0000# and check for updates

yeah so when will all the product codes get support??

Anyways i plan on exchanging this phone for another better phone. till then will have to stick with it.
