Hi,

I've been suffering for a while now everytime i use my 5800 Xpressmusic for more than a about 15 mins, or if i use it regularly, with a horrible pain in the head. Its not a regular headache and when i don't use the phone much I don't get it. Its definately something to do with the radiation from the phone... has anyone else had anything like that? I've never had a problem before with any of my other phones.

Click on this link to get the SAR value for your phone. You can also compare it to other phones. SAR is a measure for radio wave emissions.

All current Nokia are well below the allowable figures. I would say your headache was just coincidental and probably more to do with who you were talking to.

Hi,
I own a 6760 slide and 5800. I switched back to my 6760 after feeling very giddy using the 5800 Navi when making or receiving calls. I understand about the horrible pains that you've described. Hence, I have decided to buy phones with SAR values below 0.9 w/kg. Not many people are sensitive to the radiation like yourself. I have described such feelings in the head to many people and they found it strange.

Maybe it's not the radiation, it can just be ultrasound buzzing in the speaker, or something like that, that you can't tell on the spot, but your brain does.

I had this phone..... But i've never seen problem like this.
