5800 XM ( SCREEN JAMS IN COLD CONDITIONS ) proplem...

OOooh. 1st hi everyone...i bought a new 5800 xm from about 5 months and it was so great and cheerfull and its firmware was v20. later i upgraded it to v21 and still no proplem but i started proplems by apdate to ver 30 and 31 ( latest ) i found my 5800 screen jams in cold weather or cold air condition many many horizontal and vertical lines appears on screen and i cant see anything even when somebody calls me i cant read his number or even his name.....REALLY WHAT A BIGGG PROPLEM.....is it a firmware proplem or a hardware proplem...and how i can fix it and what about the cost........my regards

Hi to all I have exactly the same problem and it is really an issue. The phone screen work only when temperature is really high. can somebody help ?

My 5800 shuts down completely when temperature drops below 60F. Have sent it to repair, it came back with a note: "The following repair actions taken: Software Upgrade and Phone Reset". The phone still shuts down every time it is cold! I thought there is something wrong with the battery, but when you cool the phone without the battery and insert the "warm" battery, phone would not start up at all, only back light come up or it would start to vibrate non stop. Today I spent all day listening "Sorry all of our lines are busy" at Nokia support line...  Such disappointment.
