5800 - Non-Compatibility Mode

Hi,

 

When I connect my N5800 thru PC suite, it always displays a error message stating "Connected in  Non-Compatibility Mode" while restoring or taking backup from my mobile. Even the messages / contacts are not displayed in PC Suite screen as does for other phones.

 

I face this issue only with my Nokia 5800 mobile, my other mobile like 5310 and E series are working fine with the same PC Suite software. Plus Advice

Have you tried after re-booting your phone ??

There are a lot of threads here talking about issues with usb-connection.

I do also have this issue with N97mini, sometimes. Never had with E71.

Now i am using only Bluetooth, which works quiet stable.

 

Sometimes i get incompatible mode, sometimes the N97mini connect and disconnects immediatly, then it even does not charge... and sometimes i plug in and simply nothing happens......
