5800 NE and Version 40.

Just updated my 5800 with the new V. 40 in USA but everything is the same on the home screen .

 

Is there supposed to be a change or just bugs taken out

Replace the homescreen theme with contacts bar (There is a new contacts bar homescreen). There should be kinetic scrolling as well.
