Hello everybody

I have a Nokia 5800 express music. I had some trouble with it, when I turned it on, it just startet vibrating without starting, so I got that fixed.

Now it won't update or transfer music. Since I got it back from the Nokia store, it have not been working with update on my computer. While it was repaired I also installed Windows 7.

Can somebody help me?

try troubleshoot compitability option in win 7 and choose that it worked with windows vista

it happened with my N5800 but with N97 it doesn't appear

in the 2 cases there's no difference

Download and install the latest version of PC Suite 7.1 (Supports Windows 7, also please uninstall the previous version of PC suite exists in your computer before proceeding.

I just started uninstalling it

No, it did not stop the problem I think that the problem is with a driver. Every time that I plug it to my computer it starts installing af MTP driver to the phone, but it fails.

1. Use PC Suite Cleaner (remove everything installed regarding PC Suite from PC)

2. Restart computer

3. Install PC Suite

4. Connect your phone in PC Suite
