Hello,

I now tried the camera of the 5630. First problem: The display is turned by 90° and I don't know how to disable this.

Worse, the camera makes a very loud noise, when taking pictures. So far, I found out that I can replace the noise with three different even worse sounds, but I found no way to switch it off or make it bearable.

As I understand, the sound exists because of a law, but I can't really believe, that

 - the law says, the sound has to be such loud

 - my current 6230i is an illegal telephone, because it does not make any noise

 - my brand new digital camera is illegal, as it is silent as well

Is there maybe a hack to disable this noise? Or should I stay with my 6230i and be happy and illegal?

 Its not that loud about the sa,e level as an old mechanical camera shutter .

Laws passed after build or different country

 - my brand new digital camera is illegal, as it is silent as well

Does  not apply to standalone camera   you only point a camera to take a picture .
