I have a problem with my home screen in my 5530. I cannot use some buttons (contacts, dial pad, 'green' and 'red') and shortcuts are not visible and both above do not react to touch.

Do you know what to do?

Hi, me I have the same problem, I've tried everything: software update, factory setting, but no one can repair my phone.

If someone know how to resolve this problem, answer please!

Try booting up your phone without a memory card

i had same problem....i just fixed it 5 mins ago...first remove ur memory card... then go to the dialer and press *#7780# and restore to the original settings...it shld do the trick...but take a back up of ur contents before this...if this doesn't work then try pressing *#7370#( this worked for me).....
