5530 XpressMusic- Why doesn't my Sportstracker app work anymore?

Did Nokia remove my maps? I can't get my location based apps to work anymore, and they did until I had to do a hard reset because of software issues

I know my phone doesn't have GPS but it was using my service provide'rs network to provide my location,

I can't install ovi maps on my phone either, can anyone help me?
