5530 I can not make or accept telephone calls - telephone switch off

Hi, I have got problem starting today. I can not make telephone calls - I can not ring telephone numbers or receive other calls. All other things works ok - sms, web,... When I try it, telephone always switch off. I tried to install new software but it didn´t help. I also tried to use other sim card but the problem was the sam. Please can you help?

back your data(music,contacts,pics etc) using nokia suite or pc suite on computer then format your phone's memory card and then dial *#7370# in home screen and enter default code 12345 to hard reset your phone hopefully it'll solve your problem
