When emailing support of Nokia I have to fill in a form. At the end of this form there is a textline 'Softwareversion device'. Clicking the questionmark shows the following message

"Press * # 0000 # on the Start screen of the phone and enter the software version displayed.
Example: 110.07.111" 

I have a Nokia Lumia 710 Windows Phone. Where do I press these numbers on my start screen?

Thanks for your message.

The code *#0000# is for use on the Symbian based phones. To check your software version on your Lumia device if you go to settings and then scroll down to about you can check your software version here.
