what´s the SAR-value of Lumia 710?

Is it really 1.30W/kg?

Remember that the quoted value is the highest value in worst case conditions, usually with WLAN, Bluetooth etc.. all on max power and with the phone on max power with multislot data. Typically the actual SAR is a nothing like this value if you are just making a standard voice call somewhere with average signal conditions.
