Hi

I am using the lumia 800 for past 25 days. I am having server issue.

First I had battery problem, and Nokia Care replaced with new phone. 

Currently I am facing below major problems

1. Display goes off when call/SMS/email receives. It happens more often with calls. However the call will not get disconnected and can speak till the caller disconnects.

2. After restarting of the phone there is no hint of call/SMS received when the phone was in display blank

3. I cannot pair with my windows 7 laptop via Bluetooth

4. I cannot receive any business card and not hint of reception of the same

I am really disappointed with above listed problems.

Please respond at the earliest.

1. Display issue - maybe hardware problem? Maybe you are accidentally pressing the power button to turn off screen?
1b. "Call ending bug" is well known, but if you actually leave the phone for a while, it will disconnect.

3. Yes, you cannot pair the phone with your laptop via Bluetooth. Either connect via USB cable or using WiFi sync. You can't use the phone as a modem anyway if that's what you were thinking.
4. Business cards are not supported.

Can I ask if you have a screen protector or case that could be covering the proximity sensor? Perhaps you call test without any accessories to rule that out.

Here is my answers and queries:

1. I am not using any screen protector and the proximity sensor is not covered by anything. 

My queries are

1. Why business card not supported? Is it limitation with Windows Phone 7.5 or Lumia 800? Why there is no notification while sender receives successful delivery notification? Is it a bug?

2. It is not the problem with ending calls. The caller hear the ringing sound when my phone is blank and the phone not responding with any sound or vibration. After restarting of the phone, the phone does not show the calls or SMS in call history or SMS inbox, which received while phone was blank.  

3. Is there any procedure to get my money back?
