while i was updating the phone software via nokia software updator it says a critical error occured and update failed and itb is possible that ur phone is no longer working proppely, u can try recovery >>>>>>>>>> the phone is no off and isnot working , i tried to remove battery but it doesnot help, and i tried recover many times but it says lost connection with the phone via USB cable and it is connected but the phone is off....

what shall i do now pls as fast as u can.

Sorry to know..But your only option seems to be a visit to Nokia Care ...

sadly your only solution is the nokia care center and for future please use original windows... now the nokia suite tends to malfunction a lot on the pirated versions of windows any sort turning the phones into bricks. get ORIGINAL windows

first,i want to know what is the problem is it software problem? and if it is,, is there a problem in Nokia software update cos i heard that this problem happened with many nokia updater user, and who is the responsible for this problem......
