i synced all messages to nokia suit and formatted my phone, now i want to again get all these messages to phone again....sync option is not useluf as it only syncs one way from phone to pc...i want to sync pc to phone

After connecting the phone to PC.. Open Nokia Suite... Select messages in the Suite and then DRAG-and-DROP in the respective folder next to the Phone Icon at the bottom..
