Hi there,

I am trying to update my N8 with anna to Belle with no luck, actually the belle update is not showing

I get some updates for anna and when i download the updates they fail to update.

please help on how I can get BELLE.

My product code is 0599392, I checked and it has Belle udate

Hi, - Make sure, that you have in Nokia Suite Tools -> Software updates option Automatically download software updates turned on. - restart your PC and Nokia Suite - have your phone connected - Go to Tools -> Software updates and try refresh Samuli

Hi there, I checked and it was already checked I restarted the PC many times I ALSO RESTARTED NY PHONE SEVERAL TIMESS AND EVEN USING THE 8 SECONDS LONG PRESS ON THE POWER Button EVEN TRIED DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE SUITE BUT BY THE WAY I HAD A PROBLEM OF INSTALLING THE PREVIOUS UPDATE 025007, IT COULD NOT BE INSSTALLED AND KEPT SHOWING DIFFERENT .

NOW THE SUITE IS SAYING MY PHONE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SOFTWARE AND WHEN IT OPENS IT STILL HA THE SAME OLD UPDATES.

We have located a possible problem for this in .zip management and will include this fix to coming Nokia Suite 3.4.

This seems to be PC environment specific problem so you could try on another PC if you don’t want to wait for next release.

Error has been fixed and Nokia Suite 3.4  contains the fix. You can download and install latest beta version of  Nokia Suite from here ...

To download the installer, you need to log-in with the SAME credentials that you use on this Forum..
