Problem with "sync now" option

hi everybody,

I missed my nokia mobile but my contacts was synced by Nokia suite backup.

now when upgraded the nokia suite software to 3.3.86 I can see my contacts, but i can't transfer it to ms outlook because "sync now" option is unactive.

my QUSITION is , How to make "Sync now" active ?

Hi c11b_com,

 

It seems that for some reason you've lost your sync settings while updating Nokia Suite. Now you need to go to Sync settings in Nokia Suite Options and reconfigure your synchronization settings. After this you are able to sync again.

Am tried to change the folder to save the contacts inside it, but "sync now" option still disable !!!

Hello everyone...

 

Any solution to this Problem?

 

I am also facing the same issue.

 

When I try to sync my nokia suite (V 3.3.89) the "Sync Now" option is not active in the menu.

 

I have tried everything but no use. Please advise if there is any solution available or should I start copying all the 1200 contacts manually???

 

Any help will be much appreciated.
