Hello,

I am having a Nokia suite 3.3.86 installed on my Win 7. I connected the phone to PC and checked for update, it showed Belle available. I started downloading and in between installing it said something went wrong and cant connect your phone. So I reinstalled suite after installing.

Now it's not showing the belle update.

My phone Nokia N8-00 : 0599255.

Could you remove your log files from the post?

After 3 to 4 hour trying, i just left my pc and after restarting it, and clicking the refresh button, i got it...

Can anyone help me please I have a n8 and am trying to get the new belle update. When it first came out it showed up in nokia suite so started downlaoding, there was some kind of problem and it stopped so when i went back on nokia suite to reinstall the update is no longer there anymore. I have tried everything hard resets factory reinstall nokia suite the lot but still no update. Has anyone else had this and managed to sort it i would be grateful for some help please many thanks. Also product code is 059d1m2 if that helps

Hello,

It is normal that the phone loses connection during the reboot phase.

If you wait for a while it will automatically reconnect to your PC.

If you lose connection during the backup, installation or restore phase, please do the following:

1. Disconnect the USB cable from your phone

2. Press your phone’s power button for about 10 seconds

3. Reconnect the USB cable

4. Wait for the installation to continue

Note: If this doesn’t solve your issues, try to connect your phone to another USB port on your laptop or to a USB port on the backside of your desktop PC. In some cases rebooting the computer also helps or using another PC to do the update.

Could you try the latest beta version Nokia Suite 3.4. You can download and install latest beta version of  Nokia Suite from here ...

To download the installer, you need to log-in with the SAME credentials that you use on this Forum..
