Hi all
There are some discussions that Belle has started rolling out... Cool. There is no mention of updating via NSU, especially for users, like myself, who experienced problems with the Nokia Suite since it was launched.
Can somebody confirm (Nokia confirmation will be highly appreciated) if the update will be possible via NSU?

Hi Vaidovesta,
This update will not be available via NSU, but through Nokia Suite only. Please do check that you've the latest Nokia Suite version 3.3.86. With this version you'll get notification once the Belle SW is available for your phone.

Well if that's true, a whole lot of people won't be able to update!!!!!

The other option to get Belle SW is to go to Nokia Care center.

Most people work, monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and the Nokia Care that I know doesn't open on Saturdays.... So yeah, no other plan.

Hi Vaidovesta,
Reading between the lines that there is some time since you've last time tried Nokia Suite, if this is true I recommend to install the latest 3.3.86 version and try it out.

Buddy, I have the latest nokia suite, which gives me the same problems as the 3.2.1 when Initially released, since then, I couldn't update SW, couldn't download Maps.

Am I the only one having troubles with installing Nokia Suite 3.3? It says that it's not the latest version and gives me a link to nokia, but i downloaded it from there. I downloaded software updater and says that i have an update and should use Suite 3.3... Stupid circle i run to!!!

Checked. Have you tried the SW update with the latest Suite? Just asking as that was not clear from that thread you linked....
And if yes, did you encounter exactly the same errors again? As Magovoru stated, the errors you've encountered were all server side errors....

You have a problem with you environment setup and our team try to help you to resolve your problem. You have been contacted a lot of times via email but you do not reply on those.
Last email has been sent to you 26.01 and still no reply.
When our team trying to reproduce your problem with the same environment setup. You just complain on the forum about your problem but don't do anything to fix it.
It has been created already several error reports just for your problem but I had close those because you do not reply and we can't proceed with this issue.

I don't just complain. I have reproduced the errors, sent the logs as you requested on Beta Labs. The latest log file i sent was on the 17th of January with the last response from you, with all due respect!

Also, the last email from you was on the 10th, not on the 26th.... The mail on the 17th was the automatic reply.

Still no answer. I managed to install Belle using the Re Install function.
Funny though, the Suite showed 025.007 and I decided to Re Install it, then when the phone booted, I noticed that it was actually running a different OS.
I still can't download applications updates or Maps, but I have Belle.
Please, please, Help me!!!!
