Hey!!

I come from Poland. I have nokia n8 with symbian Anna 025.007. I reinstall my windows vista home premium 32bit and i can't install ovi suite because is a problem with this installation. To be able to install Nokia Suite, download the latest version from http://www.nokia.com/nokiasuite.

I download this file from link but it doesen't work.

in the requirements page, it needs SP1 or newer for Windows Vista.

first make sure that you have installed ALL the available updates including SP1 + SP2 and then try to reinstall Nokia Suite.

I'm istall SP1 and SP2 but it's nothing change.

Could you point error message out which you are getting during installation?

A you sure that installation file is not corrupted? Have you tried to install in on some another PC?

I download only from nokia.com

It is hard to say what is going wrong.

Could you try to download again the installation file and try to install it to some another PC?

Could you try clean installation of Nokia Suite? It is recomended to install latest released version 3.3.86.
- Go to Program and Features or Add remove in Control Panel
- Click Nokia Suite
- Click Uninstall
Uninstall also:
- Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver
- PC connectivity Solution

Then restart computer.
- Download and install latest Nokia Suite 3.3.86
- Restart Computer again
- Connect the device, do not open Nokia Suite and wait for all the driver to be loaded by windows.
- Once done then launch Nokia Suite.
- Check for the issue
