Whenever i connect my N82 with Nokia PC suite or Nokia OVI suite i'm not getting the original thumbnail of N82 but i do get the image of 5230 when connected. 
It shows the weird look of the N82. The image is attached.
Is there any solution to bring the thumbnail of it?

I came in because i thought you are talking about the same issue i am experiencing , the thumbnail view in OVI photos. It turns out i was wrong. but the thumbnail u r mentioning isn't that much of a big deal anyway, is it?

No thats not an issue but would know if we can replace that icon with the N82 one!

Unfortunately no -  Nokia 5230 has a picture of itself on the phone that Ovi Suite can read, But N82 doesn't have.
