Hi All,

 

I bought E72 and I download Ovi Suite. I entered contacts in Ovi and I sync adn there were transfered to E72.

Later I delete some contacts from my device and when I synced I notcied they were deleted from ovi suite as well!!!!!!

 

WHY!!!!!!!!!! Whyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

If I deleted a contact from my device I don't want it to be automatically deleted from Ovi suite!

Any ideas?

Hello, 

Ovi Suite appears to be two-way synchronizing your contacts. In practice it means it makes the data storage on the device and in Ovi Suite equal. 

Check the Ovi Suite -> Contacts View, and there the Removed Contacts "folder". If you are lucky the deleted contacts are there and you can return them back (with right click on top of them) in to the Ovi Suite db. You should realize that they will be again synched back to your device in next sync.
