∇soft reset

∇try using other USB ports on the computer

∇reinstall Nokia Suite

∇contact Nokia support and tell them your product code or IMEI (*#06# on the main screen)

I have tried it on Four different computers, I get the same error result, tried different ports, tried different cables, it does not work, Error Code 12017

I'm also facing this problem for my nokia e51 (100.34.20 29-09-2007) & I've reinstalled this nokia suite. Problem is same "error code 12017". Pls solve the problem

12017 is very general error code. It is possible that you have different problem.

hey even when i try to update my nokia asha 200, the nokia suite suddenly stops working...

and also i since i've purchased the mobile,i m unable to access the web....i have tried several sim cards...

but still i cannot access the internet via any app...

kindly provide the solution as soon as possible...

i could sometimes proceed to the installation.
but the installation fails saying something has gone wrong...and DAL-PCCS has stopped working...

and i cannot rovide u the logs as the dump file is larger than 350 mb...and there are some data usage limitations....but i hope that my problem is same as mentioned above by both of them

When I click on software update showing attached file... Than I've reinstalled with new exe, but shwoing same problem. And pls let me know how to check log to provide you?

any other way like direct from mobile to software update? Because I have another mobile nokia 5233 & successfully updated direct from mobile.

Its true, when v r upgrading asha 200 via ovisuite an error pops up.
I am retailer, and i know all the handsets have echo problem, regardless the colour.
Some handsets come with v10.58 update some dont.
But one of the handset...i tried to update i had same error. Its an genuine error.
Even NOKIA CARE dont have any issue. Its very difficult to be in the shoes of retailer, when each and everyone comes with echo problem.....
