On occasions like this, you might wish to get in contact with Nokia Care for personal assistance.

Also, in order to report any issues you may have with Nokia products, services or software, please call or email Nokia Care in your country. Just visit the Contact Us page on this website - the link is on the top right corner of this page.

Contact details for each country can also be found via:
www.nokia.com/support then follow the Contact link.

If you would like to email Nokia, please use the email forms that you find via that page as that is the only way your email will get through to Nokia.
