ovi music problem

hie,  my ovi music cant be acccessed on my n8, when opened it just blinks and nothing happens ,it is not opening ,pls give me some advice to the problem

@rishabh218 - Try following: Open browser and Settings. Then select Privacy > Clear privacy data > All and select Yes. When privacy data cleared, close browser and try with Nokia (Ovi) Music again.
