I am having problems to log in to my ovi music account via my nokia x6-00 16GB. Whenever i opens the ovi music app on my phone, it automatically redirects to auto sign in, but gives an error that 'you couldn't be signed on automatically, please sign in manually' but there are no links to sign in manually, and it keeps on redirecting to auto sign in. Please help me i have activated my unlimited music subcription yesterday only.

I have the same problem, it only worked the first day when I activated it. Have you found a solution?

Contact Nokia Care and make sure to include the IMEI number of your Ovi Music Unlimited device. To get the IMEI number, press *#06# on you mobile device. You will then find the IMEI number (a k a Serial number) displayed on the screen. You can find the phone number and email form to your local Nokia Care from www.nokia.com/customerservice."
