nokia music store -music download problem

hi

I'm from bangalore, india.

recently i bought nokia 5130 express music and got a voucher for nokia music store.

But I have tried so many times but not even a single track could be downloaded. Either it shows error or it shows the voucher has reached its limit. But no download.

Is anyone else facing same problem ? can anyone help?

I have tried reloading the nokia music after uninstalling it and deleting its files from the application folder, as told in this forum. But no use.

Also can't send mail to ask-nokia even when i give all information itkeeps showing that i have filled it and doesn't submit.

Re: nokia music store -music download problem

Hi

If you are advices that you have already used up your credits but have not recieved the download you can go to My Account > Music Vault/Purchased Music (or similar) and re-download the tracks from there.

Kind regards,

Elin

Re: nokia music store -music download problem: grammar

Hello Elin.
Respectfully, you can correctly say either:
1. Anything I say on this forum is my own opinion....
Or
2. All that I say are my own opinions ....
But you CANNOT say "Anything I say are my own opinions..."
As "anything" is an indefinite pronoun that is singular in number, whereas "are" is a verb that is pluraLIt is a major grammatical error to use them together. As you are a Nokia employee, this glitch may represent both you and the company poorly. Thank you.
