nt able 2 downld music fm ovi. It asks for a pin wch was never supplied n aftr 2 mnths d downloads stopped 4 want of pin. Went 2 d store n they said cant help. Why should a customer suffer for technical glitch on nokias part

How it worked without the PIN for 2 months ? Did your phone come with OMU ?

You may use the 'Contact Us' tab at the top of this page to inform Nokia / OVI about your problem..

wat is OMU? I m also wondering how it stopped suddenly aftr 2 mnths. Feeling frustrated with nokia n ovi. They hv such an exclnt coll bt to no avail.
