@Micke_Nygard - Did you try cleaning all temporary internet files content as suggested in that FAQ (link in post #3) not just browsing history/cookies? Nokia (Ovi) player uses same directory structure for temporary internet files storage as IE and that's why using IE options to clean should help (even you're not using IE for browsing - and that's why cleaning cookies/history from other browsers setting has no effect on this).

@maritayaghi - Do what? If you have this issue on PC with Nokia (Ovi) player (see post #3) or with your mobile device (see post #8).

Same problem. I tried everything you told and didnt work. I cleared all offline content a lot of times and still cant login.
