@dalesop - Are you still able to download with mobile or do you see same issue there? If issue is only with PC please check if this FAQ would help.
If your account was charged for tracks you didn't get you would still need to contact local Care so that they can credit your account again.

Are you trying to download from a PC which is 64 bit and have an OS which is 64 bit if so then OVI Music player does not support 64 bit OS.

I am happy that atleast you are getting an refund in my case I have an OVI Music unlimited subscription and was not able to download music from Mar-2011 onwards and my subscription expired in Sep-2011 and nokia has not extended my subscription for the period for which I was not able to download from my registered PC.

Hi,
I'm facing the same problem. The download starts (I can see the number of bits increasing) but it fails somewhere during the finalization.
I'm getting the following error note (in Finnish): "Tapahtui tuntematon virhe, Määritettyä polkua ei löydy".
In English: "Unknown error, the path cannot be found".
I've tried deleting the temporary internet files and set the firewall so that Nokia Music have access to internet.
I'm using:
- XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3;
- AMD Athlon 64 3200+;
- 1.99GHz.
