I have recently bought a 5320 phone and wants to register for comes with music. However, I was not able to find the activation pin. It's stated in the website that it is printed on the leaflet but I simply can't find the 16 character pin. I have already looked at all the leaflets that are inside the package.
Can someone tell me where exactly can I find the activation pin? Thanks!

Which country did you buy the 5320 XpressMusic in? It is not sold as a phone model with "Comes With Music" service included in every country.
And in case you or someone else is wondering, the "XpressMusic" in the name does not mean that it has "Comes With Music".
See here which countries have "Comes With Music" service, and on which device models:
http://www.comeswithmusic.com/
E.g., in the UK, for the moment, only the 5310 and the N95 8GB are available as "Comes With Music" versions.
Note also that the same phone model is then also available without "Comes With Music" (with a lower price).
So, if your sales box did not come with a "Comes With Music" activation pin, the chances are that you did not buy a "Comes With Music" version.

The 5800 Xpress Music is the name of the phone, and not an indication that it is supposed to have the Comes With Music service as part of the package.
Your next course of action is to contact the Nokia Care team who can verify if the IMEI of your device matches the Comes With Music valid device list. If it does they will provide you with a replacement PIN. If it doesn't match then it was not supposed to come with a PIN

Hi,
This is a very common problem, nearly all the retailers out there are using the fact that Nokia are offering this 'comes with music' service as a unique selling feature. The guy I spoke to in carphone warhouse said that my phone Was compatable with the comes with music scheme and that I would have no problems, once I had registered in downloading.
I had the same advice from O2 and from Orange.
So I went with Carphone warehouse and got the 5230, without confirming that I would receive the voucher from them. My fault I know.
When a rang them after realising I had been cleaverly duped I was told on the phone that carphone warehouse had never taken part in the scheme to give out the vouchers in their compatable handset sales.
Luckely I voice recorded the guy who missold to me as I read on here before makingmy purchase, and have now been offered all my money back and a voucher of £100 to spend in the music store as a form of apology.
I would suggest you contact Nokia themselves. The more reports they receive hopefully they will react.
