As suggested by Nokia Support I have got the internet pack for my Mobile (Nokia 5235) and when I tried downloading from my mobile its downloading properly. But when I try downloading from my PC I get the error "The download process failed to start. Please refer to Troubleshooting guide in Help.". Please note that I tried disabling Firewall but still no luck.
I have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed on my PC. Is Nokia OVI player supported in Windows 7 OS ? It use to work fine when I had windows XP.
I have done the following steps to re-install OVI Player on my PC.
1) Delete temporary internet files content.
2) Uninstalled the following components OVI Player, Nokia Multimedia Components, PC Connectivity Solution and Nokia Cable Connectivity driver
3) Deleted the following folders
a) C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Ovi Player
b) C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\PC Connectivity Solution
c) C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver
d) C:\Users\<<Windows Username>>\AppData\Local\Nokia\Nokia Data Store
e) C:\Users\<<Windows Username>>\AppData\Local\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Player
4) Reinstalled OVI Player
Even after following the above steps I still get the error when I try to download. Please let me know what else needs to be done to download from my PC.
Thanks

The only piece of software you don't appear to have used is Nokia PC Cleaner , it's available at the Nokia web site nad may help !

The main issue was I am using Window 7 64 bit and hence I was not able to download using OVI Music Player. Atleast Nokia support should be aware that it does not support Windows 7 64 Bit. Thanks to ThreeOs who informed me this.
Even though it was not my mistake I was not able to download music using my registered PC from Mar-2011 onwards and my Unlimited music subscription was not renewed/extended and it expired in Sep-2011.
