Ovi store not opening in windows 7 and on the same day my phone no longer recognised

Is anyone else having this problem windows 7 64 bit

OVI store is crashing on opening it crashes once and then windows 7 tries to repair and it crashes again.  So cannot access my music collection and my phone is no longer recognised as my comewithmusic device this has happened on the same day.   Is this just a coincidence, or is there something up with nokia music servers or something

 OVi player has gradually become less affective before this often asking for licence renal and the refusing to play that song.   I am on a contract and I want it sorted or I will cancel my contract and ask for a complete refund as not fit for purpose.  Shame its never really worked that well.  Also when will Nokia music be going DRM free.

 Ok I have uninstalled the program and re installed it again and it makes no difference.  exact error is Nokia OVI player has stopped working and it tries to repair it and it does it again. this is on start-up of ovi store come on help.

OK I fixed it .  No thanks to Nokia support or admin on here thanks a bunch Nokia its still unstable and freezes every now and again.  So when is it going to be DRM free and I can stop using OVi player
