its most tracks, but random, for example downloading an album of 12 songs, songs 2 and 8 will download the rest will fail always. been talking with nokia care for 2hrs over the last week and they seem to think its related to windows 7 as there has been some simular complaints, they said an update was due in a weeks time but i doubt if that was a real eta.
however, i told my nokia rep today (i work in a phone store) and he is going to run it by his superiors, which may end up at the head of music for australia (where i live) and see if i can get any info there, atm im looking at loosing at least 1 month of my 12months CWM, but im sure i can catch up on downloads as long as its fixed

Hi
If you are having problems downloading from Nokia Music Store, try to download the "troubleshooting track" and if also this fails take a screenshot of the error message and either posts it in here or PM me.
You can find the troubleshooting track by putting in OD2DI6918026 in the Titel search box.

Same issue with me - I have put another R500 into my account and now cannot access it. When I try to login - get the login box, click submit and nothing happens. I've un-installed and reinstalled OVI Suite and OVI player and still nothing.
Keep getting similar "no internet connection" though clearly by writing this I do!!
Would really appreciate and update on this!!!

Just an update
After numerous issues with Ovi Music (could not even open the program) i reinstalled windows and program works flawlessly now....except for the fact i still get the check ur internet connection message on most songs.
My work nokia rep is still helping me out, even giving me access to the UK Test account ( im in AUS) to see if the problem was related to the AUS store or all, which it seems to be all.
ATM he is still waiting to hear back from the developers and techs, will keep ya all posted, but ive had the issue since November so im not holding my breath lol

someone help me ![]()
my Nokia CWM account is also stuffed like this and its been almost 4 months... started happening in around the time I installed Windows 7 64bit Ultimate (around the November mark for me?)
I've made like 5+ phone calls and no one in nokia care will help me, got an open reference number still and even though they promise someone will call me back within 24hrs they don't ![]()
I really really am starting to hate this nokia service and really not thinking of recommending anyone to subscribe to this service anymore because its just not working and so limited!
Anyone been able to fix this unauthorised error? I tried downloading that test track and I still get the same results, I'm located on the Australia CWM store too!

hey people
after reinstalling windows etc...and still no fix i finally got my Music downloads working.
This is in Windows 7, but i assume Vista may be the same.
1. Make sure Ovi Music is properly installed.
2. Open Control Panel - Remove Programs - Turn off Windows Features.
3. Uncheck (uninstall) Internet Explorer 8 and Windows Media Player
4. Restart, then go to the same section and reinstall them
5. Restart, then run your Ovi Music command to set region (mine is australia so the command was Start - Run - oviplayer://musicplayer/?setTerritory=en-AU"
6. Load up Ovi and log in
Doing this has fixed the "Download Failed" error with the message "Check your internet connection and try again"
Can someone else try it and see if that helps
Cheers
