which version of PC Suite you are using. Easy solusion is Download PC Suite 7.1.26.1 Version and use it.

Okay, seems Nokia has truly become a pc of S**T when it comes to support. They just wanna loot our pockets - ehh?  I use a N73me & am happy with the phone except recently transfering Music suddenly went "bust" - thanks to a bunch of nerds who dsign and implement new SW. Using leads earlier under this thread, my turnaround is to go back to ver. 7.1.26.1 so thats what I am gonna do right now.
Meanwhile, those of you who are stuck can do the same by pulling down that SW from here while it there. Its virus free (checked with KIS 2010) :

OK, here's a quick Update.

 

Upon install of the ver. 7.1.26.1 - the phone works like a C H A R M !!  Transferred all my music in a breeze! Wasted 2 hrs doing all this though but am glad hings are working t way it should again..... 

Thank you to the earlier posters for your suggestions to turnaround and solve the problem.
