Nokia E63 Cannot Play Music error mesage

I have used the ovi sync to sync music to my e63 and when I go into playlists the music is there but if I try to play it scrolls through all the music and gives a message as unable to play - the music automatically appeared in my pc suite from my pc and it is itunes music - why won't it play?

Are your music ripped with licenses? If so that may be the culprit,
